Contracts, drafted, signed and kept

Draft from your own templates and clause library, check every draft against your standard positions, route it for approval and have it signed, then keep every renewal and obligation on the calendar. Jarvis drafts, checks and tracks them with you.

A contract is a shape of work on the platform, the way an article, a course or a project is. It starts as a draft from one of your templates, moves through review and approval, goes out for signature and then stays in force with its dates and duties tracked until it ends or renews. The whole way, it is one page that shows where it stands and what comes next.

Your positions, written down once

The clause library holds the wording you prefer, the fallbacks you will accept and the guidance on what never to give up, filed by category and marked by risk. Templates fill in the parties, dates and fees for you. The clause check reads a draft, yours or one pasted in from the other side, and shows for each clause you expect whether it has your standard wording, an agreed fallback, something different or nothing at all, so the reviewer starts from the gaps.

Signed without leaving the platform

Every save is a version, and any two compare as a redline. Approvers sign off in order, and then the text is frozen and fingerprinted before anyone signs. Signers need no account: they read it on their phone, type or draw a signature and agree to sign electronically. Send the links yourself, by the platform's email, or from your own mailbox. The executed PDF carries a certificate with each signer's name, time, IP address and the document's fingerprint.

Connected to the rest of your work

  • Obligations and key dates: end dates, notice deadlines, payments, deliverables and reviews land on the calendar with reminders, and an auto-renewal warns you before the last day to stop it.
  • Jarvis drafts with you: ask for a mutual NDA with a supplier and it drafts one from your template, checks it against the library and fixes what is missing. It reads uploaded contracts, tracks obligations and keeps the clause library in order.
  • Missions that research and draft: send Jarvis to research what an agreement must cover, draft it, save the new clauses to your library and open a project card to get it signed.
  • Linked where the work happens: project cards and articles link a contract, and the contract shows everywhere it is referenced.
  • Counterparties in one place: every company or person you sign with, their contact details and every contract you hold with them.

Yours, and only yours

Contracts belong to the workspace they were made in and are open to its members. Restrict one and only its owner, the people you name, its approvers and the workspace managers can open it, its files included. Jarvis works on your own account and asks you first before it requests an approval, sends anything for signature or changes who can see a contract.

Contracts come with the Business plan and up. They organize and record your agreements; they are not legal advice, so have a lawyer review what matters.
