Projects that people and agents work together

Boards of cards that you, Jarvis, your personas and your AI teams all work on. Send Jarvis to work a board, or put it on a schedule, and every change says who made it in a journal the next session resumes from.

A project is a board of cards in columns, the way most teams already plan. What is new is who works on it. You and your colleagues do, and so do Jarvis, your personas, your AI teams and your scheduled routines: the same board, the same cards, and one journal that records every change and who made it.

A board shared by people and agents: research cards claimed by Jarvis and a team, with priorities, due dates and a work-in-progress limit.

Plan it, then hand it over

Say "plan the launch as a board" and Jarvis lays out the cards, with subtasks and what waits on what. Press Send Jarvis, on the whole board or on a few cards, and a mission starts: it reads where things stand, claims a card, does the work, writes what it found on the card and moves it on. You watch the cards move while you work, because the board updates live.

A journal the next session resumes from

Every comment, move and mission lands in the project's journal, signed by the person or the agent that made it. Before a mission stops it writes what it did and what comes next, so the next one, or you after a week away, starts from there instead of from scratch. Put a project on a schedule and Jarvis resumes it every day or every week: a research watch, a running log for a team, a weekly review that keeps itself.

Everything a team expects of a board

  • Six views: a board with swimlanes, a sortable list with bulk changes, a timeline, the journal, insights and settings.
  • Cards that carry the work: priorities, labels, owners and agents, start and due dates, points, checklists, subtasks, dependencies, links and comments with mentions.
  • Flow, measured: work-in-progress limits, cycle and lead time, throughput, cumulative flow, and a burndown for every milestone or sprint.
  • Templates: kanban, sprints, a research effort, a product launch, a content calendar, course production, bug triage, and a mission log for scheduled teams.
  • Your data, portable: import cards from a spreadsheet and export them back out.
Insights: cycle time, throughput, cumulative flow and a burndown for the sprint.

Yours, and only yours

A project belongs to the workspace it was made in. Make it private and only the people you add can open it. Agents work it on your own account, and they ask you first before they delete a card, start a mission or set a schedule.

Projects come with every plan from Standard. Sending Jarvis on a mission comes with the plans that include missions.
